Committed to quality

A simple ideal

We have a very simple ideal: The highest quality of personalized treatment in a comfortable and caring environment, along with the most advanced techniques.

Through many years we have worked really hard to provide this level of dentistry. In order to keep up with current knowledge and procedures, our staff are encouraged to engage in needed courses. All of the dentists have post-graduate diplomas and qualifications and are further involved in training programs for other dental professionals. We have invested massively in advanced the diagnostic and treatment equipment, and have created a safe and comfortable practice environment.

We realize that many patients has had traumatic and painfully experiences at the dental practice. We aim to make our patients as comfortable as possible when visiting our practice with good skills, the best equipment, and a kindly and sympathetic manner.

We are distinctive

We believe we are distinctive. We have succeeded in treating an appreciable number of patients with dental anxiety and complex treatment needs. If you are still not convinced about the quality of our practice, we have many patients who would be happy give testimonials about their experiences and how we were able to help them.

As a new patient

We realize that coming to see a new dentist for the first time can be a bit daunting.

At AVA Dental Centre we try to make you as comfortable as possible. When you make an appointment the receptionist will briefly inform you about the practice and the dentist who will be at your service. We will also give you an cost estimate of the first visit.

We will then send you a 'New Patient Pack' including a brochure about the practice, and a Dental Record Form for you to fill in.

The first visit

The receptionist will greet you and briefly tell you about the facilities and staff. The staff will introduce themselves and you will have the opportunity to discuss any dental issues that concern you. We will review your Dental Record, and then continue with a comprehensive dental examination and take any required radiographs. Generally we will take photographs to inform you about any problems that have been identified. Next the dentist will discuss your requirements with you, giving you appropriate options to consider. We will give you a written treatment plan and outline options for payment. Finally, the receptionist will arrange any further appointments which may be necessary.
