If you have any complaints about the standard of care, treatment or service provided by the practice, please contact our Complaints Manager, Dr. Bao Ngoc. We have a complaints procedure that ensures that complaints are acted upon without delay. We take complaints very seriously and try our best to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience at our practice.
